What should I do if my dinnerware arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if items arrive broken, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage to receive a free replacement.

Are Pfaltzgraff products microwave and dishwasher safe?

Most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are microwave and dishwasher safe. However, items with metallic accents or hand-painted details may require hand-washing. Always check the product description for specific care instructions.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 90-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain returns.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship to the 48 contiguous United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and military APO/FPO addresses. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

How do I remove metal marks from my plates?

Metal marks (which look like gray scratches) are caused by silverware rubbing against the glaze. These can usually be removed using a specialized ceramic cleaner or a mild abrasive cleanser like Bar Keepers Friend.
