At Pfaltzgraff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your dinnerware or home decor, you may return your items within 90 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the Order History section to select the items you wish to return and print a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fragile pieces are well-padded to prevent breakage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the return shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
